You do not need to know your exact numbers. A realistic estimate is enough, so there is no need to test every exercise before applying.

BW = Bodyweight.

One Shot = continuous movement. No stopping at any point is allowed.

Unbroken = stopping is allowed, but you may not let go of the bar or release one arm at any point.
