1. Event
These terms apply to spectator tickets for FlyBarz Cup 2027, scheduled for 24 January 2027 at Athlete Factory, Lysaker, Norway. FlyBarz Cup is the event organizer. Questions can be sent to flybarzcup@gmail.com.
2. Prices and payment
The ticket price and any payment or service fee will be clearly shown before the purchase is completed. Online payments will be handled by the selected ticket provider. Tickets purchased at the door cost 250 NOK and are paid by Vipps only, subject to available capacity.
3. Confirmation and entry
A ticket purchase is complete when the buyer receives an order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct email address and keeping the ticket or QR code available for entry. A ticket may be used only once.
4. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Tickets are normally non-refundable. The statutory right of withdrawal does not generally apply to tickets for leisure events held on a specific date. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
If FlyBarz Cup is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded. Service fees are handled according to the ticket provider's terms. If the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. Buyers who cannot attend the new date will be given information about any refund process and deadline.
5. Changes to the event
Competition schedules, athletes, routines and production details may change. Such changes do not normally entitle the buyer to a refund, provided the event still takes place on the announced date and at the announced venue. Any material change will be communicated through the official FlyBarz Cup channels.
6. Transfer and misuse
A ticket may be transferred to another person unless it is marked as personal by the ticket provider. Copying, falsifying or using the same ticket more than once is prohibited. FlyBarz Cup may refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, duplicated or obtained fraudulently.
7. Conduct and safety
Visitors must follow reasonable instructions from event staff and the venue. FlyBarz Cup may refuse entry or remove a visitor who threatens safety, seriously disrupts the event or behaves abusively. In these circumstances, the ticket will not be refunded.
8. Personal information
Personal information connected to ticket purchases is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the selected ticket provider's privacy terms.
